How are the people selling the Ultra Satellite STB managing to add streaming TV. As far as I can see they are selling the boxes with ability to stream overseas channels like BBC etc. They muttered something about munging the headers through a third party site but I did not have time to follow it up. Does anyone know what they are doing?

Do you mean "Ultraplus"?
(Not that I actually know the answer in any case, but it may help avoid confusion for others.)

Easy the receiver supports playing any rtmp stream.

There are tons of channels out there using RTMP format.
