I have a low cost doigital satellite set top box I purchased for watching freeview.  It is not one of the 3 models that are approved by freeview,

I have it set up and working fine, except for one thing.

The EPG does not display anything.

The receiver is a supernet 4200s.

At the moment I am using Teletext instead of an EPG,which is workable but not ideal

Is there a way to get the EPG on my reciever?

I have tried talking to the supplier, but english is not his first langauge and communication is a bit of a struggle.
