If someone could offer me advice, it would be much appreciated.
I recently bought a second freeview LCD TV.
My main TV is in the lounge connect to Telstra Saturn via s-video and via RF cable for freeview aerial.
When I renovated my house, I only put a RF cable through to the family room where the second set is located. This was ok - as I previously connected my old non-freeview second TV to my main TV via the RF out on the Saturn box which allowed me to view Telstra or the analogue FTA channels.
However with the new second freeview LCD TV, I split the freeview aerial cable with one output to my main TV and the other to my second TV. I then combined in the Saturn RF out. see diagram.
The result is I can tune my new TV into the half the freeview channels and my saturn box.
However I assume that the saturn and freeview signals are close, so the saturn signal is overriding the freeview signals for TV1, TV2, TV3.
While I was thinking to overcome this issue I'd disconnect the Saturn RF out and run a separate composite cable from the saturn box to my second TV, I was wondering if there is a smarter way?
