I am considering purchasing a new LCD TV with built in Freeview and say a MagicTV recorder.
Am I still able to record to DVD with my existing Sony recorder?
Thanks.

If you hook the composite output from the Magic box into your DVD recorder you will be able to transfer content from the Magic to DVD.
