I wonder if it's only for 'large venue' viewing? Or for 3D broadcast on Sky Sport?

Also, if Maori TV were looking to spend extra money on HD delivery of the RWC, I'd much prefer for them to spend money on their commentating team...

Im still quietly hoping that tv3 are not misleading when they say the games will be in HD. Should look stunning.

at the moment Sky are just advertising every Game live but they dont say every game live and in HD, even now they dont show every ITM cup game in HD, and you do notice if you have had HD for a while and i find it unwatchable when its not HD.
