I need to get more info on this, as im not on 2degrees myself, but i can confirm 4 friends have not been able to access mobile wikipedia for a week or two or more on their android phones on 2degrees mobile data.
This is en.m.wikipedia.org not the app. The app works fine.



Can others confirm?
