Anyone else having problems sending/receiving calls in Christchurch?  When I dial I get silence then disconnected.  Have tried 2 different phones/sims.  Text are delayed as well.

I'm off Papanui Road, by St Andrews college.

Hi Wallop

No reported issues, checking with NOC now for any alerts.

Can you PM your 2degrees numbers, devices you're using and the exact location please?

Also please you double check your settings - http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/settings

Cheers

I suspect your handset settings aren't correct or your sim card has died, is a common thing with all providers. Not sure why it happens as there is no moving parts. Try purchasing a sim swap (costs $5) and call them and ask to swap your number onto the new sim.

Don't need moving parts in something for it to stop working lol

Started working fine again from 4:30 yesterday afternoon and still working this morning.  Can't see how it could be the sim/phones as it is happening to 2 different phones with 2 different sims at the same times.  If one works they both work, if one has problems they both have problems.

Can interference cause this sort of problem?

No problems at all today.  Must have been because it was Monday that the phones were playing up.
