My partner switched to 2° not long ago.
She's asking me how she could find the account ballance from the mobile?
Anyone of you could give me a hint?
Thanks

You can check your balance in a few different ways:

1) From your mobile phone, dial *100#1#. You will receive an onscreen response in a manner of seconds.
2) Online, in Your 2degrees, you can view your up to date credit balance and Magic Top-up rewards balance.
3) On the 2degrees mobile portal homepage - simply activate from your mobile phone.

Thanks guys.
I did have a look through and did not see it.
I'll pass it on to my wife.

Register the phone number of the PSTN gateway on the 2D website?

Then you can access the account details very easily.  More useful than making a phone call wouldn't you say?

The sites a pig, wont remember passwords in FF and I am yet to see how to have multiple sims on one login so its a roundabout way of logging out and in etc.

Easier to have a number like *333 on Telecom or 777 on VF that just tells you (well VF you have to press 1, then 1, then 1 again really slowly to get it after sittign thru whatver mindnumbing recorded crap they have telling you about a new deal you cant skip.
