The initial switch went flawlessly. My number ported overnight and i was rocking.
I am well impressed with the price.
However little problems started cropping up.
1. I cant send mms on my 2G iPhone. Meh not a major.
2. My phone regularly diverts calls to voicemail. So does my partners. It has no real reason to. Im sitting on 12th floor of the Christchurch CBF with full reception. It might divert 2-3 out of 10 calls.
3. Texts can take hours to get there.
4. I logged a fault for issue 2 and it has taken like a week plus for to get back to me.
This has led me to conclude that 2Degrees is not in a position to keep my custom at the moment.
As mentioned the prices are awesome and i really believe in what you guys are trying to do.
I just think the infrastructure is not yet in place to provide good service to customers.
Just wanted to get some feedback and to see if anyone else is having similar issues. This is not a shot at 2Degrees as i think you guys are awesome, more in the nature of constructive criticism.
