Every other number in the range was released on the 2DM website for selection a short time after 2DM launched. I have been unable to get the number allocated to me because 2DM staff can't find it in the system, it's "lost" somewhere in a database.
Customer Care and Stores have been nonsuccessive in finding the number. Are there any 2DM staff who might be able to get in touch and help with this?
