I ported my Vodafone number to 2degrees (Pay Monthly) last night. I used the My 2degrees portal to lodge the request at around 5:15pm yesterday (7th Feb) and it was all done by 8pm (impressive).
However, I got a problem now. I use National Bank's online code (i.e. the two factor authenication) feature for security, so everytime when I need to make an online payment, they will send me a text with the code so I can punch the code to confirm it is indeed coming from me. Since I ported my number to 2degress, I cannot receive those SMS/Online code anymore.
I tried it last night and again this morning. Same problem.
So, I called 200 (customer care) for help. However, I don't think the operator understands what I mean. She does not sound like she understands what is an OnlineCode and she said something like "this is a kind of premium message service and I will be charge for that..." that kind of things... =-(
Can someone help me to solve this problem, I need this to work so I can pay my bills.
