I am looking for a Flat panel Display with built in Browser / keyboard support, PC input (VGA), DV input (and if possible, Freeview)

I looked at Sony Bravia  but the Internet access is restricted to video sites (e.g. YouTube).

I want to plug in a keyboard to the TV and be able to access a Web Browser from the TV and log on to the corporate Citrix cloud without plugging a laptop. Is this doable today?

You can get a nettop like the one I got as my HTPC: Viewsonic VOT132. It's got a VESA mount so you can attach it to the back of a standard monitor.
