Can anyone recommend an Outlook customiser in Wellington?

My client needs someone to add a custom, time-stamped field to an Outlook contact form. The field needs to be updated whenever a contact record is modified. It's a workaround to an annoying "issue".

Probably only an hour's work for someone that knows Outlook forms and coding.
