Hello
Does anyone know of any software that I can use to clone or image a harddrive that has Vista home premium.  I used Acronis True image Enterprise Server version 8 but the recovery partition got screwed up.
I know its an old version but people have been saying that even the newer versions won't image properly if the system has Vista.
Thanks.
Ford

CloneZilla.  It's free, works well (I have used it twice, once on a Server 2003 system and once for a workstation).

It can copy a drive to a same or bigger drive, and is available either as a 'single user' version, or as an enterprise version.

Hello
I'll try those but apparenly vista has a different partition structure than the other operating systems and thats why acronis doesn't work on it.
Thanks

I think it is just a case of old Acronis version.
