Hi there I wish to ask how many days are usually required to get connected to Snap from another ISP?

I'm in Christchurch and currently with VF.  I'm asking this so I could arrange a proper time to switch over without being charged twice for the month.  My understanding is that you get billed for the month ahead.

Just ask them to switch it over on the day your billing period ends with VF. That's what I did and everything went as it should.
