Thats all the stats I can find. I think they look really good. He had a great ADSL connection so I expected VDSL would be just as good.
I have done exactly what Chorus will do with a Dynatel which tests the line and shows any high resistance's or imbalances on the line and it is crystal clear. The drop outs have happened all different times of the day and never a specific time. I am pretty much convinced it is the modem, was just browsing and saw you talking about resysncs and thought I better just ask to make doubly sure.
