So I am sitting in staff meeting going to add something to my Google Calender on my Android when I notice the little dots that show I have calender events are not showing.  I realised that my calenders had turned off (Settings - Calender - All Calender). I had wondered why I missed my 30min and 5 min warning of the meeting, as I turned the All Calender back on. The missed alarm immediatly rang out at full volume and in panic I couldn't turn it off and got laughed at.

 So a little later same meeting I go to add something else to my calender, and sure enough, the calenders were not working AGAIN, without really thinking I went in and turned them on again and the alarms went off ...... Everyone laughs, I fumble, looks like I am just goofing around with the phone.

So anyway the stupid Google Calender now doesn't keep the All Calenders ticked which makes it worse than useless, whats the point of a calender that doesn't tell you what is happening?????

I am using ICS 4.0.3 on a stock Samsung GS2 that updated itself automatically. Sure I can get another calender, but this one has NZ holidays added to it and other events i have spent ages adding in.

Anyone know of a fix? Or is it a throwaway?
