I've got a LG-P500h running 2.3.3 and it doesnt' seem to have a dictionary on it.

It predicts from the address book but doesn't seem to have any words in it.

Is there something I'm meant to install?

My 8150u had a dictionary in it by default, so I'm not sure what I've over looked.

On the left hand side of the keyboard there should be a button labelled XT9 make sure that is highlighted
and it should be all good

Thanks, I had it set to android kbd, didn't realise the difference.  It's not quite as nice as the 8150, or it might be that I just got used to the 8150 so liked that way it worked.
