Humph, oh well, maybe I can throw in the MHL & OTG adaptors when I sell my Note, they're 3rd party ones so weren't too expensive.

Pity there's no way to plug an IR receiver into the Note, using it to replace the AppleTV for running Plex would be a good substitute.

Although, now I think of it, a bluetooth mini-keyboard might do the job...

"You are" = "You're" - Not "Your".  "They are" = "They're" - Not "Their" or "There".  You probably mean "lose" not "loose".  There's no such word as "Alot".

Had a Logitech Unifying USB plugged into a Samsung Galaxy S III (11-pin) using an AnyWhere MX mouse. And that worked. And that was just a $2.50 Chinese MicroUSB adapter.

But until someone has a VERY cunning plan, you can't use MHL and OTG with power all at the same time on one 11-pin port.

As stated above, your OTG USB adapters will work in any(generalising) MicroUSB port, it's just the 5-pin MHL adapters that won't work in an 11-pin port.

So your OTG adapters are still good to go with any device as far as I'm aware.

I just ordered mine yesterday, sad that its a long weekend and will take longer ;(. I'm coming from a SIII and found i spent too much time tethering and using my nexus 7 as well as running out of battery. I'm just going to take the hit of around $200 for a bigger version of the SIII.

Yeah, I may sell my Nexus 7 too, the colour issues are very annoying to me.

It's such a brilliant phone, had one for a week now, don't know if the next nexus will be good enough to replace this phone.

I can almost fit my nexus 7 in my pocket so I think I'll be okay.

So, I finally got around to completing this (rather mammoth) Note 2 video:

Hmmm, not sure what is happening with the link there - here it is. Make sure to use the timestamped links in the video description to get around and skip the bits you don't want to see!
