Yeah, there should be lots coming :) most of them i see now are on the Korean website:

http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/biz/2010/07/123_68741.html

Wow, 200k within 10 days....just wait till it's properly released in Europe and the US :) with all the variants, they should hopefully have a lot of support for us early adopters in the near future

Just ordered a soft/gel case myself off Amazon UK - will post comment when it arrives. There still do not seem to be many about - probably because GS is still so new. No other real accessories either - looking for a desk docking station in due course if poss.

do you have a link to the soft/gel case you ordered from Amazon UK? I would like to get one but can't find them.

I still get occasional slowdowns. I used to use task killers and all that jazz, but I've decided to use Android's memory management.

In other news, I now have the Invisible Shield on my phone from Zagg.com. It's really sweet, I recommend it. It takes a couple of days to get settled in, but it hasn't changed the clarity of the screen, is a lot better with fingerprints than the original screen, and helps to keep the screen safe. It feels a bit more rubbish than the original screen to use but doesn't really change it's use for applications like Swype. I purchased a front and back protector since I imagine the back plastic is very easily scratched. Cost about $30 all up including shipping.

Only other thing I've noticed is that GPS is a little flakey. Was at Raglan today on a beautiful clear day and was only seeing a handful of satellites when the GPS was working correctly. Even turned the phone off a couple of times to try and get it working again, in the end unticking and reticking the GPS tickbox fixed it.

I did, but they seem to have all been sold out for now :(  If it pops up I'll put it back up, got it from FreebitsUK, but ii hasn't arrived yet either, would also be keen on a desk docking station

Is anyone using a capacitive stylus with their Galaxy S? If so would appreciate comments re brand, cost, suppliers etc. I'm thinking of getting one Amazon UK but don't know much about these styli/styluses.

True - but it didn't cost and arm and a leg so I'm not too fussed. I just want a case that will make the phone less slippery. If the case turns out to be too chunky (and wrecks the nice slim lines of the phone) I will get a better thinner gel case in due course - when more become available.

I'm interested in getting a Galaxy S but with 3G 850 (XT) banding. Theres no 850 3g version of the original galaxy S?

Something like a Samsung i897 Captivate?

If you wait till the 15th, you can get an XT Banded phone from the US(if it's not sold out by the time it's on Amazon)  or you could get the NextG Samsung i9000 from Australia, the AT&T one from the States i9000 Captivate aka the i897H captivate

A few cases popped up today on Ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Silicone-Case-Cover-Samsung-i9000-Galaxy-S-Black-S-/190416519264?cmd=ViewItem&pt...

But they don't look that good so far, could be better in person and not much of a risk at $6.99AUD incl ship + free screen protector

my one still didn't arrive, so I've decided to order a soft jelly style thin case instead

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270605144164#ht_1620wt_1137

Hopefully will be of better quality than the silicone one I just had Paypal refund me on

I'm waiting until an aluminum case comes out.  I think I want the feel of a bit of extra weight and strength.
I'm hoping the ones that pdair have for presale are going to be good.
