Its interesting they are repeating a few.  Gives you the impression that they don't believe there are too many quality apps or perhaps they are having trouble getting the developers to come to the party?

Obviously the recycling of apps hints at the fact that the devs are taking the hit and google arent covering costs.

First day was good, gone downhill from there

I notice that the 10c apps are at the top of the "Top Paid" list so it gives them a high profile which might be the pay off.

I was hoping that Winamp pro might be in there one day but they seem to be recycling the same ones now.

semigeek: Day 8 tomorrow. Lets hope that there are some decent apps in the line up - such as productivity apps.
The only two in my opinion worth looking at today are Soundhound and Beautiful Widgets, both of which I already have.

What are your opinions on the apps?

WIth "DoodleJump" being available yesterday ... the kids have commandeered the tablet :)

Recycling the apps was always in the plan. I got an email on the first day from one of the developers saying thier app would be appearing multiple times over the period.

Even with the recycling of apps, and some useless widget and wallpaper ones, there have still been some great apps there. I have stocked up on quality games.

Some time eaters:

Jelly Defence
Grave Defence HD
Sentinal 3
Spirit
fieldRunners
GLWG
Space Physics
Heavy Gunner
Apparatus
Age of Zombies
Doodle Jump

And a few casual games for when I have the odd 5 mins:
Flick golf
Flick soccer
Roll in the hole
Fruit ninja
Can Knockdown

Should have enough to last me at least 6 months of commuting

There really is some quality stuff on there. GLWG and Jelly Defence are loads of fun.

I got Grave Defence HD off the Amazon free-app-of-the-day a while back, that's pretty good too.

I don't get the appeal of Doodle Jump.

"You are" = "You're" - Not "Your".  "They are" = "They're" - Not "Their" or "There".  You probably mean "lose" not "loose".  There's no such word as "Alot".

Last day today. IMO, there have been too many games and not enough "useful" apps. My last download for the deal is Camera ZOOM FX.

Sentinel 3 is on sale today, a really great tower defence game. It's awesome on my transformer, not sure how it'd be on a little screen though.

Lots and lots of Nikon camera gear
