Try to make conversation and i get a smart *** reply. If you are going to be about 2 days late with the news that is all over the tech sites, including Geekzone I wouldn't expect anything less.

Anyone here have the same firmware as I am? XALF2 I've heard people getting updates with their 16GB version but mine has been on the same firmware since I got it on the 23rd July. Any 32GB S3 users here getting updates? Supposedly we all should get a prep update for the JB OS from what Sammobile article.

I got mine from Telecom on the 15th Aug and there was a 20MB update immediately and then about a week later there was a 86MB firmware update.

SGSIII ROM: WanamLite v1.3 Kernel: Ninphetamine v1.1.0 Modem: DXLEA SGSII (Now belongs to SWMBO) ROM: WanamLite v12 Kernel: Siyah v3.3.2 Modem: BVLPB SGS (Cat's chew toy) If you need a download-mode jig ASAP, you're welcome to borrow mine! Works with SGS I/II/III. I also have a SIM cutter available (Dunedin) - happy to post either to you at your cost.

I just upgraded from a Desire HD to the S3. Was going to go for the One X, but due to the deals going out at the moment I got a 32GB s3 for $99 through VFNZ. loving it so far. Already had a system update the day I bought it.

Just as well the deals were on, steered you towards the better phone :) The deals with VF, Telecom & 2Degrees steered alot of people towards this phone.. Yay for competition.. Customers are getting awesome deals..

I've been constantly refreshing my Software Update setting every day. But to no avail.
