josephal: I get pixts sent tthrough text message. Says click to download photo it does nothing. Anyone have solution?

I've had this recently as well, it seems to have the attachments as a slideshow, open the message and press the right arrow button to advance to the next slide.

I thought it was my wifes iOS6 sending them differently but maybe it's JB :)

Save yourself some money and use Viber or Whatsapp for pics. Or email.

And that's great if everyone you message or messages you also has that app(s) Otherwise not very helpful

josephal was asking about receiving an mms on the stock app, so that's what I was helping with. Wink

Yep true, I was referring to you and your wife, should have been clearer.

He should just use email :D better quality than the MMS. But yes Whatsapp is available on iOS/Android. So it is probably better if he has plenty of data to spare. Oh well, I personally preferred email with my 3GB data plan.

Her plan includes about 5 billion pxt messages anyway, mine doesn't but I only send about 2/mth.

We don't really send many pxt's's's to each other because we are married Tongue Out

bahahaha a valid argument right there. :) There is no need for Pxt when you're married. I personally had 1000pxt each month unused lol. Which is a waste but it came free with the plan anyway.

dont think I have ever sent a pxt

I use viber and send free photos and messages that way to anyone in the world. only cost is the data but if your on a decent plan its insignificant.

To those that have the stock Jellybean firmware installed have you noticed a improvement in battery life? I am getting about 16hrs from normal usage, battery usaage screenshot attached.

Yep, I've flashed the T model with stock ROM's and it's fine.

No.

It's a SD card. Not a microSD card.

Not sure if this has been posted before (or how accurate it is) but S3 Mini and S2 Plus rumoured

http://www.sammobile.com/2012/08/20/galaxy-s-iii-mini-and-galaxy-s-ii-plus-planned-for-end-2012/

An iPhone 5 sized S3 would be great. I still get alot of comments (mostly from Apple Fanbois) that my S3 is "too big" and I might as well "have a tablet"

DoggNZ,
Don't let those iPhone fanboys fool you :)
You should tell them that they should have used an iPhone 4S instead of the iPhone5 or even better switch to Android because you don't need to Jailbreak it just to get different launchers.

Alternatively, tell them to switch to Nokia 1125 and buy an iPod.
