networkn: I'll be savage as a meat axe is there is no physical button to return to the home screen.

I thought the screen protector clearly shows there is a button at the bottom?

Yah, but it's like everything else, rumor until confirmed. I've seen so many different designs and spec's bandied around...

nakedmolerat: samsung will not leave that physical button

Thats what I thought also, but why would Colorant make a protector for it? Seems an elaborate hoax considering its only 2 days out?

http://www.androidnz.net/2012/05/from-editors-desk-thoughts-on-galaxy-s3.html

This was quite thought provoking, and an extension of this is... Since GSIII is considered by a considerable number of people to be an even bigger release than the 4S, Do the NZ carriers intend to carry stock of them as of the world wide release date? (Traditionally VF and TNZ have been months behind in getting phones officially released)...

I would think for Samsung, this would be the true measure of success :)

I'm on the verge of buying a One X but am waiting for the S3 details to be released.  Hopefully a geekzoner posts some details after the event tonight.

Wow the presenter had a lot of make up on compared to her earlier bits interviewing on the street. Anyone got a HD link for the event? Auditorium looks impressive. Neets what links do you have open?
