  • How does it affect this year's bottom line?
  • How much are they going to spend now changing their products to comply/not use patents?

Does this mean anything outside the US however? Can a US trial verdict result in the changes in sales of tablets and phones in other countries?

Or in other words should I be quickly running out to get my S3 before they cant be sold anymore?

It's not just Samsung that is affected by this ruling. Other Android OEM's will be just as worried specially about the pinch to zoom and bounce back scrolling patent.

I dont think there was ever any doubt that a US jury would not rule in favour of a US company versus a Korean company.

If I read that right the infringements are on specific devices in which there are a lot of err similarities
