Just got the update now without having to check. Looks nice so far but only have tried it briefly.

This was on a TAKJU build.

System Two: Popcorn Hour A110 ,  Oppo BDP-80 BluRay Player with hardware mode to be region free, Vivitek HD1080P 1080P DLP projector with 100" screen. Harman Kardon HK AVR 254 7.1 receiver, Toshiba HD-A2 HD-DVD player, Roku XS media player

I don't have it yet, on my Galaxy Nexus. I think I've got a YAKJU build (I changed it to the default Google-supplied updates build 'cause it was originally the Samsung-supplied build).

I had a HK sourced phone which has yakjuws or something like that. I flashed it with takju to get back to the native Google build.

The changes are subtle but I must admit the new camera app is interesting. I can't seem to get Panorama working so well. I guess I need more fiddling.

Shouldn't be far off for yakju... sometimes yakju is first (I think it was for 4.1.2..)

Figured out the photo sphere application and I like Google's new keyboard.

Yakju and takju are mutually compatible. I flashed the 4.2 takju build to my previously yakju device and it works perfectly fine. I haven't looked at Google Wallet yet but apparently that's the only difference.

I think so. I have Google Wallet installed but it's frozen and I can't unfreeze it without rooting the phone which I might do now that I have 4.2.

I still don't have this update on either my Galaxy Nexus or my 16GB Nexus 7. Interestingly, they both have a Build number of JZ054K.

Did you guys try the resetting the Google Services Framework?

I also found my first problem with the phone, albeit minor. My alarm went off this morning and now the way you snooze is different (hold the lock icon and swipe left until you see a bunch of Z's). I didn't do that, turned the alarm off in error and ended up sleeping in!

Not me. I have had my GN since about April and it's perfectly fine. Not having a removable battery is a kicker for me since I keep a spare around for my GN.

The reported weaknesses of the GN (less than stellar camera) and low speaker volume don't bother me at all and i have yet to find an app that runs slowly.

By the way the Photosphere camera is really cool. One you work out how to use it, the ability to take 360 degree photos is very nice. But at the moment the only app that appears to show them in a pannable 360 degrees format is the Gallery app on the phone itself. Otherwise the images just appear as a very long and wide image.
