In the past couple of weeks, it seems to me that the transaction processing time for snapper seems to be getting slower. This is a screen shot from this morning which you can see there is a big gap between current balance and transactions listed. I know that buses have to get back to the depot and have their data processed off them, but multi day delays seem to be increasing. Has anyone else noticed this increase?

Snapper Hop in Auckland is slow too. Logged in yesterday and it told me my latest balance of 5 days ago - useless information when you want to figure out if you need to top up before heading home.

The Wellington and Auckland snapper systems are processed on the same system. I can see the balance for my SHOP card as well as my snapper card on the same log in

They do seem to be getting worse, I took a bus on Friday night and even though it is now Wednesday of the following week it still isn't showing on the transaction details screen.

Strangely though my card balance shows the balance as it was after this bus trip on Friday so the information has at least been partially processed.

Well it seems something in the snapper / T money system has improved. Transactions from yesterday (11/03) are already on my snapper transaction list. Hopefully the speediness continues
