Thanks for advise.

My Camry G 2006 has a Japanese navigation system, which dose not work in New Zealand.

I am looking for a unit that has CD, BLUETOOTH FOR PHONE CONNECTIVITY, NAVIGATION & REVERSING CAMERA. I would love if some of the features of the unit can be controlled from steering wheel.

After extensive research online I could find few options of car audio navigation from two company available with New Zealand maps - Domain and Adayo.

There are no reviews available online about these unit. Any information and review are appreciated.

Personally I think you would be better off with separate componentry.
An NZ Japanese head unit with Bluetooth, stand alone nav gear (TomTom etc) and if you think you need a reversing camera there are plenty of cheap kits out there, even ones that replace your rear view mirror.
As for steering wheel control adapters you could try http://www.edsauto.co.nz/
Eds also have plenty of fitting kits for custom installs. Not sure if they deal with the public though.

After being in the same position as you and having done a bit of research I just ordered the G2103V from Eonon.

I confirmed with them before ordering that choosing the Australian map option on check out also includes the NZ maps.

There's a couple of option there bundling a reversing camera as well if you don't already have one installed.

Nice, they do a factory unit for 2009+ Mazda 3. I'd be interested to hear what you think the audio quality is like when you get it.

I've been looking at these for the last few days but there's a catch... If you con't have steering wheel controls that can integrate with the unit, you have no ability to control the audio (except volume) while using navigation. That is, there's no pause, no next track, no stop, to change station etc...

Other than that - they look great. They're clearly a cheap CHinese unit but the Eonon branding people do have a few years of history and enthusiast car message boards show they have given excellent after sales support. Most buyers are very happy.

Cheers - N

Thank you all for the posts.

After the research I have finally decided to go with what I already have in my car.
All this units are Chinese made and not sure hiw long they will work for.
Once I remove the original unit and fix one of these, I can't go back to the original fitting if these unit don't work.
Don't feel the risk is worth.

I went through this same problem. I gave up and bought an $89 stereo from Supercheap.

I would love one that just has a screen to show my phone interface like airplay with iphones, some steering wheel connectors and connections to all the telemetry etc, but apparently they dont exist...dammit.

I wasn't aware of that catch - however it won't affect they way I use the stereo as it's pop in a CD and let it play through - I'm not a skipper of songs and I hardly ever listen to the radio,  I also don't anticipate I will be using the navigation much - just thought while I was buying for the extra $50 might as well get it.

I really do have to load up a decent sized SD card with a good selection of FLAC and leave that in there though - that will be project 23 on my list of things to do.

Will do a review on here once it arrives and is installed.

Unit arrived today - looks ok in the box and all accessories were included.  MicroSD card in the box with GPS maps loaded.

Will be installing next Friday, including reversing camera, and GPS so will do a review once I've had a chance to play.

Mine arrived a few days ago - I'm going to install tonight... No camera for me, just the unit and GPS.

Cheers - N
