A few days a go my sync rate went up to 46Mb/s and SNR dropped to 10dB and errors have also gone up quite a bit.  I am hoping that I will also get put on 17a because it seemed like it was a similar pattern to to Steve in the VDSL tuning thread who got magically put on it.

Got a 'before' shot of that? It doesn't look like it's using any of the 17a carriers at the moment, but maybe it's increased the speed a bit?

We think stevehodge may have in the VDSL tuning thread - he suddenly ended up on 17a without requesting it after a long time on 8b.

NZFINEST: Has anyone managed a 17a profile without the port being hard set to 17a ???.

I've been on 17a for a month. I didn't request it and the timing of the switch over makes me think it wasn't manually set up (5:30am on a Saturday morning).
