SSP3 and ESPN HD don't work. T100 error... atmospheric conditions. I assume they are on the same transponder, quick check on Lyngsat doesn't list ESPN but does SSP3.
Anways, I had booked it before and it hadnt worked then cancelled... well engineer coming round on Saturday to sort it.
I live in a apt and the infrastructure must have a fault somewhere. Wonder if it affects everyone???
Update: Sky engineer been out. Swapped card, tried diff decoder. I knew (and he did i reckon) it wasnt going to work. There must be a problem with the source end of things. Low dB from the signal meter he has.
I have emailed the building manager. We will see what happens.

Did he change the LNB's on the satellite? If not ring Sky and ask them to send someone to change the LNB preferably a new one with quad throat. Check the cable to see how many splitters are on.
I had my SS 1 & 2 HD fall off once. Called Sky and they got me to do all the trouble shooting like wifi routers off, coredless phones as apparently that can afffect just one TP.
In the end, I got them to remove the HD ticket, as it was a Friday and I needed by weekend sports fix. (SD sports was fine) When the tech came around on Monday, got the HD ticket back on, and it was fine.
It happened again, and I got the sky csr to take the HD ticket off and put it back on, and it worked again.

I am guessing the OP has the same problems that I did in having a shared dish, Sky are a little more reluctant to do work when it's working for others in the building. (and not wanting to inconvenience them)
