I've been having trouble lately with recording anything either manually or series link. it will freeze at certian points during the program, I then can't watch any point beyond that. I even sometimes get a message that flashes on the screen (Not sure what it says, it flashes quickly.) at which point when the program resumes I am missing upto 10-15 minutes of the program.

I thought maybe a HDCP issue, I had the mysky going to my receiver (Yamaha RX-V465) then to my 32" LCD. I tried connecting directly to TV and even using different HDMI cables, but same problem.

any ideas or help before I actually give sky a call?

Maybe it says recording interrupted due to signal loss?

That usually has a prompt for you to accept, but I have watched a rugby game before in terrible weather, and lost about 45 mins of the game.

You could see what the signal test is like on the Sky Box.

How old is the MySky box? My previous one started to act weird like that for about a month before the hard-drive failed.

Yep, I've had a hard drive failure in MySky as well, and we lost all our recordings in the end (nothing of too much importance thankfully).

strength is at 82dBuV
Quality ranges between 13-15dB

that's accross all 4 tuners.

I've only had it since Feburary and it looked new to me when I got it.
