Over the last few weeks i have been getting picture break up and a atmospheric conditions message on screen on and off all the time. Sky recently sent somebody out and they apparantly changed the LNB although i didnt see them do it as i wasnt there. But still getting the issues just a bit less. So after another call to sky the CSR told me how to get into the installer menu then told me to change LNB frequency to 10.74 instead of 10.75 (new Dual LNB), she seemed to think this would fix it!! anyway last night still getting issues but maybe slightly better (not as many blue screen messages - but still picture breakup)

Never heard of changing the LNB frequency before! anyway looks like another call to sky is in order.

Using MYSky Hdi by the way.

Hi, the sharp quad output LNBs have a reputation of the LO drifting with time, bit of a design issue I understand, hence the recommendation to change.
