I know someone here who got a Garmin phone and he had his preference with GPS (overseas).  Just wondering if anyone know if the extra maps cost money like their car GPS devices or if the phones provide free GPS maps to be downloaded. 

At the moment I only know Nokia and the high end HTC might provide a free half product (no free voice guidance).
