I bought a new huawei landfire y101 android phone, and the bottom buttons aren't lighting up. That's the back, menu, and search touch keys. Any ideas what's gone wrong?

some android, you can turn the light on/off.. have you checked that in settings?

I'm guessing its caused by a firmware bug, as when I go into battery usage the percentages are right but bars are all same length at what might be one percent.
