Hi ,

I see that this company is listing  on Trademe but is based in Ozz.

There is no info if the fones that they are selling include NZ GST or not and when I asked the question they never answered..

Does anyone know and is  it against the TM rules  to advertize xGST pricing without  listing it as such??

I know that their NZ website is x GST

Regards,

Old3eyes

Thanx.

I just got a reply back saying it's the total price x delivery cost..

Maybe they read GZ..

If the company is based overseas and ships to you from overseas then they should not be including NZ GST (or the local country's equivalent) in the price you pay.  However on arrival in this country you may be required by NZ Customs to pay GST and other importation costs.  More information here at Consumer NZ and here at NZ Customs.
