what do you think of trade-me battery replacements for cordless phones like:

Any good, are they safe? just asking because i know the likes of the cheap **** import laptop chargers which are basically unsafe and a fire risk

I can't look at Trademe here at work, but I suggest you get a replacement battery from Jaycar. If your phone has NiCad batteries, it's fine to replace with a NiMH battery pack instead beceasue the charging rate is low in a cordless phone.
