Been searching around for a while, but have largely came up empty.

I've Just recently bought a Samsung Galaxy SII from The Warehouse online for about $606. I do a bit of tramping and other outdoor pursuits, often in the rain and in other conditions where there is a risk of contact with water / moisture

Does anyone know of any retailer here in NZ that sells an excellent Waterproof / shock absorbing / Dust proof cases for the Samsung Galaxy SII phone that can protect it from the odd inevitable knock and splash of water? Better still a case that still allows access to most of the features of the phone while in the case?

Failing that, I guess I can live with stowing it in my Otterbox while tramping.

Many Thanks.

Casemate "Tough" series will help a bit, the Otterbox series is about all I'm aware off for making it reasonably water resistant though.

You won't find many retailers in NZ selling useful SGS2 accessories I wouldn't think other than the various random grey-market phone stores.

I would've thought you'd be better off with a cheaper phone for out & about purposes if it's likely to end up being damaged by the elements. You also wouldn't need to remove your gloves to press buttons. Or do you need the GPS functionality?

"You are" = "You're" - Not "Your".  "They are" = "They're" - Not "Their" or "There".  You probably mean "lose" not "loose".  There's no such word as "Alot".
