I bought an XT compatible Nexus S from Tech Brands last year and it is still within warranty period. The 3G functionality has gone kaput. I can still use phone and text and internet via wifi, but data over the mobile network refuses to work.
Seeing as this company is now out of business, am I just out of luck for a warranty claim or could I claim on the warranty directly through Samsung?
Your thoughts would be appreciated. Cheers.
PS the model is a GT-i9020A in case anyone knows why the 3G stopped working. I've taken it into the Telecom shop and they had no idea after we'd checked all the settings.
