Why o why o why - when I call during certain hours and get the US support is great. The Engineers take the call and you get great help.
Other times I get China. The support is cr*p. They cant speak English well. And you don't get to speak to a engineer, you get a agent, who after much mucking around, even then say a agent will call you back - then when they do its 1am.
Please Microsoft sort out the China call center. It really sucks.
