I have real trouble understanding which programmes will not be recorded ...

set it to record first runs only for kids shows on kids channel .. not a single recording after a few weeks ... so i guessed that perhaps they are all re runs - so to be safe changed to record everything and now we get some shows ...

But i have discovered Yellowstone will not be recorded tonight ... thankfully i have amended it to record this show... it is set to record first run only ...

is Yellowstone a repeat?? how do you know what pimetime shows are repeats!!!

I always set my recording to record all episodes. Found the 'first run' vs 'repeat' was a bit hit and miss. I guess something to do with the coding. Easy to delete what you don't want.

Yep often find that first run or repeat is not included in the EPG. Sometimes eps are not series linked too.
Poor EPG programming, the TiVo can only work with the data it gets.

Cheers,
Joseph
