hey anyone know how to set this fantastic app up and get running,iv got it set up on the pc and tivo can   access the StreamBaby application from the TiVo's "Music, photos, & Showcases" menu,but how do i get my videos into the video folder in streamBaby?in the getting started directions it says i have to  Download the latest streambaby.zip, unzip, and at a minimum edit the streambaby.ini file and add a dir.1=xxxxx entry to point to your video directories??wow whats all this mean!this part i dont get or know how to do- at a minimum edit the streambaby.ini file and add a dir.1=xxxxx entry to point to your video directories-  so how would this be done?see this link for streambaby

I think you will find that it wont work in NZ TIVO's - something to do with our version storing recorded data in TS (transport stream) format that the application cannot read.

Its been know since 2009 Streambaby won't work as the way NZ/AU Tivo's stream is quite different and no one has had time to reverse engineer the NZ/AU TIVO Streaming.

The way it was got working in the 1st place ( with US TIVO's) was looking at a youtube Stream the US TIVO's Plyed but in NZ we don't have access to Youtube playing on the TIVO

I was thinking about getting a TIVO years ago but it was just too expensive at $1000 odd dollars. These days you can if your lucky get one for about $150 S/H but TIVO is quite dead in NZ.

Unless some wants to give me one for free and then I'd have to buy the media key/NHP for $90! argh
