Some portion of that phone call has to have been recorded - at the very least the part where you agreed to it because I presume this was a verbal agreement for a 12 month term?

No reason for Telecom to be running scared of HNP once they've got their metering sorted out...would be nice if they offered it free or at a discount to all those who missed out

Mine is still on 0.00 this morning but I am checking it twice a day and have turned off the RSS scheduler on uTorrent. Going to have to be more selective now.

Same here, watching mine like a hawk as I reduced my BB plan to the smallest possible while the holiday was going.  No change yet but my billing cycle ends on the 15th so wonder if the change coincides with that?

From memory, the repair window was only a week between 7 - 14 Dec. so any day now.
I double check it before I download anything of a decent size.  I have a 5GB plan on at the moment and will have to up it to 20 at least when Freevo BB ends.

Still getting FreeVo here, and my billing period ends on the 19th. Also got the offer of the new integrated phone/40GB data package for $105 from Telecom last week, so prepared for the worst.

my billing period ends on the 14th..
the usage meter restart doesn't look like it was related to billing periods.
I saw it this morning, it still said 0.00 last night but the first recorded new usage was on yesterday the 8th dec.
