Do I only need 1x home networking pkg to allow the bedroom tivo to view the recordings from the lounge tivo and to allow both of the tivo's to play divx from the pc running the desktop plus app?

Short answer is yes.  I have 2 Tivo's and only 1 home networking.  One thing to remember is that you cannot watch a show on a second Tivo while it is recording on the first (well I can't anyway).

Ta, just want to be able to watch recorded tv from the lounge in the bedroom.
