Yep same here, annoying. Luckily there's nothing good on tonight anyway!

Cheers,

It's still managing to record programs at the expected time even though the EPG is having issues.

It was doing it early this morning too when the kids were watching some rubbish. It had come right when I checked again at about 10:30am

I've been in touch with Hybrid TV and MediaWorks.

Both say it's a technical glitch, not any kind of contractual spat.

Someone at Hybrid TV asked me for my TiVo's serial number. Said I couldn't provide it as I'm at work right now.

They replied: "Even though you cannot get me the TiVo Serial number we have found your box via your last name and we are looking at the dial-in reports of your specific box to find out what is going on. We have had three other customers report the same thing and we are looking at their boxes directly too."

I was also told:

"We run 3x tests a day to catch things like this and it is not happening in our test units and our live units in the homes of staff."

A comms person at MediaWorks told me, "Our listings are supplied to TiVo by Freeview, and Freeview has our listings up until 17th June, so they should have been loaded as usual."

(For those who don't know, Hybrid is the Australian based licensee for TiVo in Australia and NZ. It's one-third owned by TVNZ).

I didn't have the problem as described, but now I'm having a similar issue with the other channels!

TV One and TV2 are breaking up quite badly, and Maori TV and Prime are completely black, and the Guide says To Be Announced, No information available, "Problem with the signal on this antenna channel. Trying again..."

This started sometime today.  I put the antenna directly into the TV (bypassing Tivo) and all channels work fine.  I've reset my Tivo. Digital signal strength on all channels are the same (around 62).

Anyone else having this problem?

Ours was doing that too. fixed it by forcing it to connect to TiVo servers. Rather annoying

Further to my above post, I was told to try rescanning channels and also emailed the following by TiVo/Hybrid (though in the end the problem fixed itself before I tried anytning):

"Evidently by doing a channel scan you will eliminate the problem because your box is somehow confusing the EPG data feed against the channels themselves so by re-scanning your channels it will correct the issue.

"We have had feedback from two people today with the same problem stating it is now fixed (one fixed by itself and the other fixed after rescanning the channels).

"So there is no problem with the agreements, EPG feeds or service - just a hick up mismatching the channels with the epg feed on your box and 6 other people. "

Mine still isn't working.  How do you force a connect to TiVo servers?

Mine is working correctly today, mostly. Last night I forced connect to TiVo servers, and restarted the unit.
I have once today seen the black screen with "problem with signal on this antenna channel" error message today.

Surely it must be an issue with the service or network, why would we all independently have the same issue at the same time?

Cheers,
Joseph

Didn't try it, but I was told: you also do a connect into the TiVo service manually through Seetings>Network>Connect

Thanks.  Tried it.  Still not working.  Same profile. 1 and 2 breaking up, Maori and Prime completely black.  Guess I'll just wait and see if it fixes itself over night.  Like someone else mentioned, good thing there's nothing good on TV tonight.

My problem is even worse for me today. 1, 2, 6, and 7 are all totally pixelated, and 5 and 10 don't come through at all.  I'm in Napier.  Can someone tell me if they're having similar issues?
