The ownership on a .NZ domain should not get changed when it gets transferred. Have you had this problem before with a .NZ registrar?

Usually the registrar should have an option to tick that says 'retain existing contact details', at least the good ones do.

Still no answer to my previous question. I asked why there was no entry field for name server IP?

Followup:

After trying this company out all I can say is I am unimpressed. The quick responses to customer service enquiries made through this forum stopped as soon as they had the business. After waiting 24+ hours I thought I would call up. The lady who answered the phone didn't seem to know who "Domainia" is. I thought maybe it's an answering service. She denied it was an answering service and took my details. As of today I have not heard back, my feedback has not been acted upon and it seems the thread starter has lost interest in engaging here.

In the end I have moved the domains back to the old registrar.
