Dear Mr Skinny. I convinced my sister to switch to skinny. Number all ported over nicely etc. She now tells me that she can't do ASB netcode. So she is going to port back to 2Degrees. I guess it is only 12 or so months you've had to sort it. Should we start taking bets on whether skinny will ever sort this out?

That's why you click on the 'Request Unlock' button.

Nice one. Never seen that button before. I guess because I primarily use the mobile version.

Hi

Being Geekzone here is the techy answer Laughing There are around 30 ASP's who offer short code services and we have been working with them individually to get them to connect to Skinny.

We are currently working with the ASP that ASB use and have the VPN connected for them.  We now need them to configure their app servers to start sending traffic through SMPP to Skinny.  Although we are working closely with them it is out of our direct control on the timing, but I hope that it will be going soon.

cheers

Paul.

Thanks Paul, looking forward to when the wife stops nagging me about this issue...
