I was in need of someone to talk to today, and thought about texting youthline, but my texts keep failing to send. Same problem in another phone with my SIM.

Someone should really look into this if it is a network fault because seeming that their market is teens, who quite often need to use YouthLine, it could cause quite a lot of problems down the line.

Anyone else able to verify this fault?

Edit: Their number is 234 to text.

After the text failed, did you try phoning them?

I can't bring myself to talk. Its much easier typing it out without sounding like a dying whale.

They don't seem to reply to their emails. No response yet. Too late though. Guess I just needed a long bath and sleep to sort my mind out. Still, this main problem needs to be fixed pretty soon I think.

Still doesn't work Skinny. I know someone who tried again a few days ago and now it says sent but the texts never get through. Taking a bit long considering what it is don't you think?

Hmmm, this was implemented in 29th March.  I've just tested with them and they receive the text but can't reply.  We'll continue to look at that but in the meantime I will warn them to call back rather than text.

I just tried to do PPSR TXTB4UBUY service (To check if there is money owing on vehicle, text costs $1.02, send plate number to 3463), it immediately said sending failed so I guess Skinny can't do this?
