I'm looking for nice looking air vent grills for a ventilation/heat transfer/DVS type install, but I do not want the normal ones.  Looking for something that looks nice.  150mm or 200mm duct connection.  This will be installed in the ceiling by the door, so ideally rectangular.

I have another requirement for something like the following with a light but without the axial fan and exhaust grill, also 150mm or 200m: http://www.trademe.co.nz/building-renovation/bathroom/extractor-fans/auction-552015723.htm

But all I find is the standard round or maybe industrial looking square grills.  I've also searched eBay.  Sureley there must be something nice available?

You can never have enough Volvos!

These guys are the biggest manufacturer in NZ. I'm not sure if they supply to the public but they probably will.

try a gas central heating installer - they usually have a range of grilles and vents.
for example see bottom on this page: http://www.wellingtongasheating.co.nz/central-heating
