Yes its been off for over 12 hrs....their 0800 number had an auto message that their "radio" network was out and they were looking at it urgently...

Anyone know what happened...its the longest outage I have had for years I think... normally just an hour or so...Laurie

Hi Laurie,
    this was a known issue with our RADIUS server, that was affecting a small number of our customers. This was resolved as of 2pm today.

The RADIUS server looks after internet username authentication, so while the issue was present, you would not have been able to connect to the internet.

We're monitoring this closely but I'm confident the issue is fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please try your internet connection now and PM me if you are still experiencing connectivity issues. Regards,

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the info. we are back online ok...at 1430 ok... btw we couldn't make outbound phone calls on the VOIP phone, but we did get one inbound call.
