Our Compass VoIP business PABX has been down since about 2pm, and attempting to call their 0800 number or head office 09 number from a Telecom mobile results in an "Unable to connect to at this time".
Anyone have any more info on whats happening?

Yes, sorry to say we have a core network issue currently. 

It is being worked on and is top priority.
